Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated: August 2026. These terms apply to all quotations, orders and contracts for goods and services supplied by Corporate Media Supplies Limited, t/a CM Brand, of Zenith House, Highlands Road, Solihull, B90 4PD (“we”, “us”, “our”), to any customer (“you”, “your”).

1. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated, and do not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example where goods are unavailable, pricing was quoted in error, or where credit terms are not approved.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Goods supplied are subject to these terms & conditions of sale. For new customers, payment is required with the initial order. Where a credit account has been approved, our standard payment terms are strictly 30 days nett, payable within 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to status. We reserve the right to suspend further supply of goods or services, and to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, if payment is not received in accordance with these terms.

3. Artwork, proofs and personalised goods

Where goods are branded or personalised to your specification, we will provide a proof or visual for approval before production begins. Production will not start until you have approved the proof in writing. You are responsible for checking that approved artwork, text and specifications are correct; we are not liable for errors that are reproduced exactly as approved by you. Once production has started on personalised or bespoke goods, orders cannot be cancelled.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates and lead times are given in good faith and are estimates only; we are not liable for any loss caused by reasonable delay in delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check goods on delivery and notify us of any shortage, damage or discrepancy within 3 working days.

5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Stock (non-personalised) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition, at your cost, unless faulty. Personalised or bespoke goods made to your specification cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, except where they are faulty or do not match the artwork you approved. Where goods are found to be faulty, we will, at our option, repair, replace or refund the affected goods.

6. Retention of title

Ownership of the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full for those goods. Until payment is received in full, you must hold the goods safely and identify them as our property, and we may recover them or require their return.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Use of your artwork and finished samples

We may use examples of products purchased by you, in the form of samples, brochures, displays or otherwise, as an illustration of personalised media, by ourselves or a third party, at our discretion, unless you tell us in writing that you do not want us to do this.

9. How we use your information

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your information to provide you with a quotation, process your order, manage your account, personalise your use of our websites and advise you of products that we believe are relevant to you. We will not share your data with any third-party companies for marketing purposes. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure results from events outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any contract between us, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at hello@cm-brand.co.uk or on 0121 702 1445.
